MindShield SQL Agent 0.9.0-beta.1

Channel: Controlled beta pilot

This release line supports Windows service installation, license activation, device registration, local SQL Server discovery, database selection and the established backup-policy workflow used in approved pilot environments.

Distribution status

The beta installer is supplied through MindShield support or authorized project channels. Public unrestricted download is not currently represented as available.

Known pilot boundaries

  • Public documentation currently focuses on SQL Server workloads.
  • Environment-specific SQL permissions must be approved and tested.
  • Discovery results should be reviewed for duplicate or stale records.
  • Backup verification does not replace isolated restore exercises.
  • Product behavior may change before a stable release.

Upgrade guidance

Before upgrading, preserve the current configuration, confirm the intended release channel, review relevant notes and schedule a maintenance window. Validate agent service startup, API connectivity, device identity, database selection and policy delivery after the change.
